30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Please ensure all returns are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the item type.
Note: Large appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, or opened electronics may be marked final sale if used or unsealed.
